Easy Steps Programme

This 20 page online programme is full of guidance to safely get yourself back into a fit and healthy condition. This is NOT just the usual standard workout video you find online, it’s a really good programme not only for post natal ladies, but for anyone who wants to strengthen and condition their bodies into a healthy state, correcting posture, strengthening areas of weakness in the body, losing excess bodyfat and gaining a healthy amount of muscle mass.

The programme is packed with helpful information and ways I have used to manage my own body after having 5 babies! I was referred for surgery in order to fix my huge ab-separation but I have now brought this back to a healthy managable state the natural way, without having surgery, using diet and exercise. The programme includes lots of mini home workouts focusing on various body parts, self massage help, lots of nutrition guidance and meal ideas, even covers a section on mental health and how to be the best version of yourself the healthy way – no surgeries, no tablets, to chemically made substances.

This pack contains simple guidance on how to manage your Diastasis Recti (Ab-Separation) problem, including mini workout videos with full explainations on each exercise, what to avoid and also how to strengthen your pelvic floor. Pregnancy can cause your abdominal muscles to split apart, causing core weakness, tummy bulging and also lower back pain. At 39 years of age, after my 5th pregnancy I have managed to close my ab-separation from 5 finger widths to under 2, which is now a healthy managable state. This is after being told by my GP and Physiotherapist I needed surgery to repair this as the gap was too large! The information in this amazing pack gives you all the guidance you need to manage your own ab-separation and regain strength and stability in your core and pelvic area.

You will also find in this pack ways to self massage problem areas and tips on how to work on your mental health, as mental health is just as important as your physical health.

4. Nutrition

This pack contains simple guidance on nutrition, including what vitamins and minerals your body requires on a daily basis in order to work efficiently. The pack consists of 8 pages of essential information on foods you should be consuming and also what to avoid, including healthy meal examples. You need to be aware of what foods your body needs in order to lose excess bodyfat, gain muscle mass, or whatever your personal goals may be.
