Angela Gibbons

I’ve always been into my fitness, being a member of Leeds City Athletics Club, regularly competing in track events such as the 800m and 1500m, also cross country races. In more recent years, now being a mum of 5 children, I have realised how difficult it can be to maintain a healthy lifestyle and keep yourself in shape with all the other daily demands. I decided to become a Personal Trainer so that I can help other people gain better lifestyles and become healthier, working around busy daily schedules and commitments just like me!

Qualifications:

Diploma in Level 2 Fitness Instructing & Level 3 Personal Training, awarding body ACTIVE IQ.

Diploma in Level 3 Exercise Referrals, awarding body ACTIVE IQ.

Diploma in Level 3 Sports Massage Therapy, awarding body ACTIVE IQ.

First Aid Qualified

Accredited and insured by Rep’s Register of Exercise Proffessionals.

A full range or personal health and nutritional services for group sessions and one to one training.

I've done slimming world and joined gyms but not felt a difference get impatient and give it all up probably because I've never really understood how to work my body correctly after having children. Angie's educated me on toning my core. I'm a mum of 3 and have always struggled to lose weight from my tummy and would say I never got my waist line back. I have been going to Angela Gibbons fitness class for 2 years a very enjoyable class and has done me a world of good keeping my weight in control and much improved my fitness, and balance. Angela always gives good advice on exercise and diet and is very welcoming her expertise is excellent . My mum also had Angela’s help with shoulder and arm pain with massage she was able to come off pain killers and was much improved with pain and movement.

I was looking for a fitness class that suited my needs, workout at my own pace, push myself as much as I could, with an excellent trainer to guide and answer any questions I had regarding diet or exercise. My friend recommended Angela as her classes suited the times we were available to go but was also child friendly which helped for the morning my youngest didn’t have nursery. Can not wait for her classes to start up again, without them I don’t have any motivation and enjoy the friendly atmosphere Angela’s classes bring.
